    •    Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are generally final.

    •    However, if there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged candle, or another concern), please contact me directly at support@thehappywickcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery.

    •    Please include a clear photo of the product and a brief description of the issue. This will help me quickly resolve the      situation.

    •    Depending on the situation, I will offer a replacement or refund to make it right.
