Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. During high-demand seasons (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship using USPS:

    •    USPS First-Class Mail (small/lightweight orders): 3–5 business days

    •    USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

    •    USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to USPS service interruptions, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States including P.O. Boxes

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS has confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thehappywickcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Local Pickup/Delivery 

If you are located near our area we offer local delivery. This option can be selected at checkout.
